We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

  • Tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Digital goods

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged during delivery

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.
