We ship your wearable art with care! Below are the details of our shipping process.
Orders are processed through our trusted fulfillments partners, located in regions including the EU, UK, USA, and Hong Kong. Please note that we do not operate a physical storefront.

Where We Ship
Pichispink ships sustainably from trusted providers in Europe, the UK, USA, and Hong Kong. Shipping availability may vary by product and destination — check each item for specific delivery details.
Processing Time
At Pichispink, we follow a sustainable, made-on-demand model — meaning your item is specially created just for you. This helps reduce waste and overproduction.
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to create your product before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Time
Because each item is made on demand, shipping times can vary depending on the provider and product. In general, please allow between 5 to 10 business days for delivery after production.
Delivery estimates (after production):

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer:

Payment & Currency Payments are processed securely in EUR (€). Your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees if you pay in another currency.
Orders from Outside the EU — Example Over €150
If your order is shipped outside the EU and the total value is over €150, your local customs authority may apply additional charges. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer. Typical charges may include:

Import VAT – charged at your country’s standard VAT rate (e.g. 20% in the UK, 19% in Germany).

👉 Example: If you order goods worth €200, and your country applies 10% customs duty plus 20% VAT, the extra charges could be around €60 (duty €20 + VAT €40), plus any courier handling fee.

EU Orders (Pichispink ships from within the EU 🇪🇺)

Lost or Damaged Packages
